Strategy

UX Strategi.

How design earns its place at Aceve: a shared system, honest software and a UX practice that works close to the code. This is the public summary — the direction we’re comfortable standing behind.

The pillars

What design at Aceve optimises for.

Design as infrastructure

Sprout is the shared floor under every Aceve product. Teams build features, not buttons — the foundations are decided once.

Honest by default

No dark patterns, reversible actions, AI that discloses itself. Trust is the product, not a feature of it.

Close to the work

UX lives in the same tools and repos as engineering, so design decisions survive the trip from Figma to production.

Built for the worst day

We design for the user under pressure on site — clear, calm, fast — not for the demo.

Where it connects

This strategy shows up across the docs: the design principles every screen is judged against, the Trust & direction commitment, and the AI patterns we’re shipping ahead of the EU AI Act.
